Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get more likes on Bluesky?

Enter your handle above. The report compares your own recent posts (format, length, questions, hashtags, links and posting time) and shows which ones get you the most likes, reposts and replies, then turns the clearest differences into a short list of moves, each with the numbers behind it.

Can I see what someone liked on Bluesky?

Yes. Likes on Bluesky are public records that any app can read. Enter a handle above and choose "Posts they liked" to see the posts that account liked most recently, up to 100, without logging in. Accounts that asked not to be shown to logged-out visitors are not shown, and adult or hidden posts are left out.

Can people see what I like on Bluesky?

Yes. The Bluesky app only shows you your own likes, but every like is a public record in your account that any app or website can read, bskycheck included. The only way to make a like private is to remove it.

What counts as engagement?

Likes, reposts, quotes and replies. The Measure switch at the top of the report runs the whole analysis for all of them together or for one kind at a time, because what gets you replies is often different from what gets you likes.

When is the best time to post on Bluesky?

It depends on your audience, so the report works it out from your own posts: a day-by-hour map in your local time shows when your posts got the most engagement, and the best slot is highlighted.

How fast do likes and replies arrive?

The report times every like, repost and reply on a few recent posts, so you can see how quickly each kind arrives after you post, and how long it is worth staying around to reply.

Is the engagement report accurate?

It compares medians, leaves out posts less than a day old, and only suggests a move when there are enough posts on both sides and a real difference. Even so these are patterns, not guarantees: a format can do well because of what you tend to post with it.

Is it free?

Yes. It is free, needs no login or Bluesky account, and works for any public account.
